With a Flow 40 Workshop, you can customize the workshop curriculum to meet the specific needs of your students. Follow these 5 easy steps to create the most appropriate workshop experience for you and your dancers.
1: Fill out the Flow 40 Contact Form online
Please take a few moments to introduce yourself, by providing Flow 40 with the necessary information on our Contact Form. This will allow us to better assist you in planning your workshop.
2: Flow 40 will contact you
Within days of submitting your Contact Form, representatives from Flow 40 will contact you to introduce themselves and confirm your mailing address. You will then receive a press packet with class descriptions, package prices and choreography details.
3: The Agreement
After receiving your press packet, we can begin customizing your workshop. Once the workshop is confirmed, Flow 40 will mail you a contract outlining all the workshop details. You will need to mail in the completed contract as well as the holding deposit as specified in the contract.
4: Promote and start to enroll for the Flow 40 Workshop
When Flow 40 has received the contract and holding deposit, they will then send you a complete Flow 40 Workshop Promotional Package. This package will contain all materials you need in order to promote and register dancers for the event.
5: Relax and let Flow 40 provide you and your kids with an amazing workshop
A Flow 40 Representative will manage all the faculty's travel and hotel accommodations.
